Calling all culinary and international food enthusiasts! Savor the flavors of the world at our upcoming event, Global Eats. Our chefs will cook and showcase your favorite dish from around the globe, prepared for your fellow students to enjoy and vote on their favorites.

Submit your international recipe by October 17, and our partners at Aramark will carefully select a diverse array of delectable dishes that they can and will cook for you! The talented chefs at Engrained Café will bring these creations to life for everyone to taste.
 

On the day of the event, Thursday, November 13, prepare your taste buds for a culinary journey like no other. Come and sample the mouth-watering creations, savor the aromas, and vote for the dish that you think is the tastiest dish of them all. Doors open at 5 p.m. Food will be served, but don't be late as it will be first-come, first-served, and the food is so good it won't last all night.
 

The winning dish will receive well-deserved recognition, and the student who submitted it will win a special prize.

• The recipe should be a family recipe, your favorite comfort food from home, a quick and easy snack - the sky is the limit, but make sure your dish can be prepared in large quantities.
