Congratulations on your upcoming graduation!

We are thrilled to celebrate this significant achievement with you. Before the commencement and convocations begin, we want to share some important details to ensure your day is memorable and stress-free.

  1. Punctuality Matters:

It's crucial to arrive on time. Late arrivals can impact the ceremony, and Arizona State University (ASU) does not tolerate tardiness, and it is crucial that you adhere to the designated schedule.Be prompt to make the most of this moment.

  2. Ceremony Etiquette:

After walking across the stage, return to your seat promptly. Remain seated until all students have received their recognition. Avoid taking photos on the event floor or on the side during the ceremony. Capture those special moments afterward to allow for an uninterrupted celebration.

  3. Plan Ahead for a Seamless Experience:

To fully enjoy your graduation, plan your schedule accordingly. This will help ensure a smooth and timely participation in all events. Your success is worth celebrating, and we want every moment to be special for you.

We are immensely proud of your achievements at the ISSC, and we look forward to seeing you shine on your graduation day. Once again, congratulations!
