Receiving Documents

The ISSC sends Forms I-20 and DS-2019 electronically to email addresses listed in SEVIS.  You will need to print your new I-20/DS-2019 and sign it.  Please be sure to have a physical copy of this I-20/DS-2019 for official use.

If you are unable to print your Form I-20/DS-2019, you may request to have a copy of the I-20/DS-2019 mailed to you that was sent to you via email.  Please see the below options to choose an option for receiving a printed copy of your electronically sent I-20/DS-2019.

  • Students who are newly admitted to ASU and requesting their initial I-20 should continue to work with Admissions Services to receive their I-20.

  • Students who are admitted to Global Launch at ASU should continue to work with Global Launch to receive their I-20.
