Receiving Documents

International students have four options to receive their I-20 or DS-2019 immigration documents from the International Students and Scholars Center.

  • Students who are newly admitted to ASU and requesting their initial I-20 should continue to work with Admissions Services to receive their I-20.
  • Students who are admitted to Global Launch at ASU AECP should continue to work with Global Launch to receive their I-20.

Authorize pick up by a representative

Submit a Document Pick-Up Authorization eForm to allow the ISSC to release your document to a representative. Your representative must have a photo ID when picking up your document.

Due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the ISSC will only release documents/information to the individual authorized through this eForm.  A new eForm will be required for each document authorized for pick-up.
