Class registration for spring 2021 classes at ASU has begun, and we are here to ensure your schedule meets immigration requirements. As an international student, you need to be enrolled in a full-time course of study no later than the first day of the spring semester, Jan. 11, 2021.  Let us know. As a reminder, ASU Sync and immersion courses will be considered in-person courses, and iCourses will be considered online courses for immigration compliance. Be sure that you are enrolled in session C or a combination of session A, B and C courses. Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours with a minimum of nine in-person credit hours.Graduate students must be enrolled in at least nine credit hours with a minimum of six in-person credit hours.  If you have a graduate assistantship, you must be enrolled in at least six credit hours with a minimum of three in-person credit hours.   Are you graduating this semester?If spring 2021 is your final semester, or if you are completing thesis or dissertation hours only and will be a part-time student, you must submit a request to the ISSC for approval of your part-time enrollment no later than Jan. 11, 2021. The ISSC is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but will be closed on the following holidays: Veterans Day: Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020Thanksgiving break: Thursday and Friday, Nov. 26–27, 2020 If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us at issc@asu.edu or use the new live chat feature on all pages of the ISSC website, Monday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. (Arizona time).
