Here are a few important reminders as you prepare for the upcoming spring semester:

• Return Date: Please plan to be back on campus by the first day of classes for the spring 2026 semester by January 12, 2026.
  • The ISSC cannot provide approval to arrive after this date regardless of your personal circumstances. If you choose to arrive late, you do so at your own risk.  
• Travel Preparation: Before traveling to the U.S., take a moment to review the travel information on our website. This webpage lists the documents needed for re-entry.
• ASU Travel Instructions: Be sure to download, print, and read the ASU Travel Instructions document. Carry a printed copy with you in your carry-on bag when you travel.
• Proof of Legal Counsel: Should CBP officials wish to speak with ASU’s legal counsel.
• After Returning to the U.S.: Check your I-94 record about a week after re-entry to ensure it reflects your latest arrival.
