Premium Processing “I-907” forms postmarked on or after February 26, 2024, must include the new fee amount. Please consider this when requesting checks for upcoming petitions. Keep in mind that it takes ISSC at least two weeks to complete the initial steps of the petition process before we can submit a petition to USCIS.
To avoid the need for premium processing, plan ahead as much as possible. We can submit an I-129 petition to USCIS up to 6 months prior to the H-1B/TN/E3/O1 start date. Currently, most petitions are being approved within 3-4 months.
