Ph.D. Talk is an ongoing event series designed to support, inspire, and connect doctoral students across disciplines. Through a mix of workshops, panel discussions, social events, and skill-building sessions, this series addresses the unique challenges and opportunities of the Ph.D. journey. Topics include academic writing, research communication, funding, teaching, career planning (academic and beyond), mental health, networking, and more.
Grad Reels: Stories at ISSC is a unique event designed to celebrate storytelling and cultural expression among students. Participants are invited to create and submit short videos (reels) that showcase their talents, cultures, or personal experiences connected to ISSC’s mission. The most creative, impactful, and meaningful reels will be featured at a special showcase event, providing a platform for students to share their stories with a broader audience.
