Roll your dice and be the board game King or Queen for the night! ISSC and the library will have a table top game night once a month on the 2nd Wednesday of every month in Hayden Library for international students, as well as domestic students! This event is great to get to know other students as well as librarians and the library resources. If you have a board game you would like to request for one of our game nights, please let us know in advance and we will request it!

Come on over to our awesome GCC - Graduate Coffee and Conversations event, where there will be discussions led by fellow students, global peer mentors, and ISSC staff. It's the perfect spot to meet new people, get the inside scoop on living the student life at ASU in the US, and pick up helpful tips on cool stuff like community service, dating, school breaks, and your rights.

Join us for a session tailored specifically for Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering international students at ASU. This event is a follow-up to our "Understanding Your Registration" session and will delve deeper into the registration requirements critical for maintaining your F1 visa status. We will also address common academic issues that international students face, providing practical solutions and resources to help you navigate your academic journey at ASU successfully.

Come to this session facilitated by a local attorney and learn about the rules and regulations around H-1B and how you can move through the process.

Join the ISSC to learn what and where to report employment updates while on post-OPT and the STEM extension to keep yourself in status. As well as the 6-month reporting requirements that you must adhere to in order to keep your STEM OPT F-1 status. It is vital that you do not miss any of your reporting dates if you intend to apply for future non-immigrant benefits in the United States, such as H-1B. Bring any employment reporting questions you have, and our team will answer them as much as time allows!
