ISSC is here to help you take the next step after graduation

Greetings from the International Students and Scholars Center at Arizona State University. We are reaching out to all students who may be graduating in either fall 2023 or spring 2024 to assist you with starting the search for Optional Practical Training opportunities once you graduate. If you are not graduating in the next semester, do not worry, you can still use these resources.

You are going to receive a series of five emails over the next few months. This first email focuses on beginning your career path and exploring resources available to you at ASU.

ASU Career Services

All students have access to Career Services. You can get help preparing for your job search, resume building and creating other application materials, including an OPT dashboard that connects you with potential employers.

There are also several ways you can explore temporary and long-term employment:

A reminder to also upload your resume to the Resume Exchange. It will help you get more visibility with university departments who are interested in hiring students authorized for Post-OPT. Remember, submitting your resume to the exchange does not guarantee a position. It is a way to connect with ASU departments.
