eShipGlobal (UEMS) offers discounted shipping rates to Arizona State University students to mail their Optional Practical Training or STEM Extension applications to USCIS.

Go to study.eshipglobal.com to create an account or log in if you are a current customer.
Choose either OPT Application or Send packages to USCIS.
You will find your address pre-populated. You may edit the address if needed.

Choose the USCIS address from the Receiver’s Address drop-down menu.
Please confirm the correct USCIS mailing address listed under the Foreign students (c)(3)(i) dropdown. We recommend that you check the address on the day you order your label, as the mailing address can change without notice. Be sure to choose the correct address for the method of the courier you choose. USPS will be sent to a PO Box, whereas using a courier service such as FedEx, UPS or DHL will require you to send your package to a street address.

Choose the type of document from the dropdown.
Your choices are OPT application or OPT Extension application.

Choose your carrier
Choose your carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL) and the type of shipping service (priority, express, 2 day, etc.)

Pay for your shipment
Pay for your shipment by credit card or PayPal.

Print your shipping label
Print your shipping label, attach it to your shipping envelope and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location. If you do not have an envelope, you can pick one up for free where you drop off your package.
