Take charge of your well-being at the Men’s Health & Wellness event!

This engaging session is all about connecting, learning, and thriving together as men — with attention to the unique experiences of international students.

You’ll gain expert insights from healthcare professionals on prioritizing your physical and mental health, receive holistic wellness tips covering self-care, mental health resources, fitness, nutrition, and more, and have the chance to build your network by connecting with a supportive community of students and wellness advocates.

ISSC Advising Team: Join the ISSC Advising Team for an informative session on Curricular Practical Training (CPT). This session will cover eligibility requirements, application procedures, and important guidelines for working off-campus as part of your academic program. Advisors will provide tips to help you navigate CPT successfully while maintaining your immigration status.

A short interactive session that begins with a mini-presentation on effective coffee chat techniques . Then, students role-play coffee chats in pairs, switching partners every 5 minutes to practice with different styles. Each round ends with peer feedback and reflection to help students build confidence and improve conversational flow.
