Join us for a vibrant kickoff event celebrating East and Southeast Asian cultures and community!

Whether you're a first-sem student or a transfer, this is your chance to connect with fellow ESEA students, make new friends, and learn about the cultural, academic, and social resources available on campus. Enjoy icebreakers, cultural snacks, fun activities, and hear from returning students about how they’ve navigated their journeys.

We will also have a grocery shopping to H-Mart after the ESEA Student Welcome!

Step into the holiday spirit at a special edition of the ISSC Cafe, brought to you in collaboration with the MENA, ESEA, and Central Asia teams. This event invites international and local students to come together on the SSV Amphitheater to unwind, connect, and celebrate the season.

Feeling festive? Come celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas, and all the wonderful holidays of November and December with the ESEA Asia Initiatives Team! Many students at ASU come from underrepresented cultural or ethnic backgrounds that may not have established student clubs on campus. This event is designed to give these “minorities within minorities” a dedicated space to gather, connect, and begin shaping their own community presence at ASU.
Through food, conversation, and collaboration, students will meet peers with similar experiences, celebrate their identities, and brainstorm the kinds of events, programs, or clubs they would like to see on campus.

Finals are coming… but first, let’s chill. Join the ESEA Team for a relaxed night of karaoke, snacks, and good vibes. Whether you’re ready to sing your heart out or just hang out and enjoy the music, this is your space to unwind before the end-of-semester crunch. No pressure, no judgment—just a fun night with friendly faces. Come as you are and take a breather with us!

Make a difference in the lives of children around the world! Join us for a meaningful volunteer opportunity with Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting global hunger.

During this event, you’ll work alongside friends and community members to pack nutritious meals that will be shipped to children and families in need. It’s a hands-on, rewarding experience where every box packed helps bring hope and nourishment to those facing food insecurity.
