The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering offer a variety of fellowships to support our graduate students. For the previous academic year, we awarded nearly 400 highly competitive fellowships to master’s degree students. We offer merit- and need-based awards that are funded by private donors, companies, community members, professional organizations, fees and the Fulton Schools.

The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University offers opportunities for qualified students to gain engineering research experience. Participants acquire an in-depth understanding of what it would be like to pursue a doctoral degree through a full-time (30 to 40 hours/week) eight-week summer research program. Eligible U.S. citizens, permanent residents, ASU-sponsored F-1/J-1 visa students and international applicants receive a $5,000 stipend and on-campus housing. Research projects across a wide range of engineering fields are available.

The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering have many scholarship programs to support our students. During the previous academic year, we gave over $1.4 million dollars in the form of scholarship support to our undergraduate students. The Fulton Schools scholarship application opens each year on November 1 for scholarships that will be awarded in the fall semester of the next year. The deadline for most scholarships is February 1, but a few opportunities are available throughout the year.
